I am passionate about preparing healthy, nutritious meals that not only fuel the body but also enhance gut health and promote overall well-being.

As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, trained Le Cordon Bleu Chef, Certified Yoga Teacher, and with experience at a Michelin-starred farm-to-table restaurant, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every wellness retreat.

By sharing my holistic approach, I aim to provide attendees with both educational insights and practical tools they can use in their daily lives.

My goal is to create a nurturing and empowering experience, making me a dedicated and valuable addition to any wellness retreat.
